Product Description

This is a silicone baking pad with perforated mesh, which is produced by impregnating fiberglass mesh with food-grade silicone in black, rust red, brown, white, pink and other colors, and processed in a solvent-free drum vulcanizing machine at a steel belt pressure of 10KPA and a high temperature of 160℃. When used in conjunction with baking trays, the baking pads in the oven are breathable and oil-permeable, ensuring uniform baking temperature. This results in food being cooked with less oil and a more fragrant taste. It can also be used as a food preservation pad in the refrigerator. Passed FDA, LFGB, DGCCRF and FPAS tests, free of bisphenol A.

The product thickness is 0.55mm (530g/m2), 0.7mm (730g/m2), and 0.9mm(950g/m2). The dimensions are 275mm x 275mm, 400mm x 300mm, 560mm x 370mm, and 600mm x 400mm. 890mm x 790mm, 1130mm x 710mm, 1200mm x1800mm, custom shipping marks can be printed.
