PVC Battery Separator

We use high molecular PVC material and ingredients to make strip sheet by high temperature hot melt calendering. The strip sheet will be pressed into a certain style of rib throungh the special mold online. The finished product can be supplied in slice. The detailed size can be design can be customized according to customers' drawings. We can also supply it with 0.3~0.8mm thick glass mat. Enclosed old customers' drawing for your referance! Mainly Rib Style on two sides of PVC slice is as follows:

• 1. straight rib + mini rib;
  

• 2. twill rib + mini rib;
  

• 3. smooth surface + mini rib;

Base thickness:0.4mm,0.45mm~0.5mm

Rib distance:8mm~13mm~14mm

Thickness with rib:0.8~3.2mm

Loading quantity: One 20'GP can load about 504cartons, around 650000pcs.(referance size:148x148x0.4x1.5mm)
