Fiberglass Sleeve

Fiberglass Sleeve, made of twisted or non-twisted yarn on round weaving machine, is the advanced products exported from China, as a result of world's greatest capability of fiberglass yarn and labor force. We have been exported the products for 12 years. It is the necessary material for machanical auto, electron, lamps and lanterns and household appliances and so on.

According to the different yarn, our company can supply:

A, fiberglass sleeve without any coating, made of twisted yarn, with Dia. Φ1mm~Φ30mm;

B, Non-twisted roving sleeve, Dia 1/2,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,4inch;

C, As per different Dielectric Strength, they can be devided into:

1, Dia. Φ1mm~Φ30mm PVC coated sleeves(heat resistance 150ºC,voltage1.5~2.5KV);

2,Dia Φ1mm~Φ30mm Silicone coated sleeves(heat resistance 250ºC,withstand voltage 3~5KV);

Performance

D,silicone rubber coated insulation sleeves made of E-glass non-twisted roving, with Dia. 1/2~4inch;

E,graphite coated fiberglass sleeves for sealing, wear resistant and temperature resisance 800ºC,which is a special sleeve used in oven developed for Electrolux Company.
