Effect of curing conditions of glass fiber cloth on bonding property

Effect of curing conditions of glass fiber cloth on bonding performance:

Generally speaking, after the construction of cement-based materials, certain measures should be taken for curing. Figure 11 shows the curing conditions for tile adhesion

It can be seen from Figure 11 that the effect of bonding mortar performance is that the surface tile is cured with wet water for 7 consecutive days starting 24 hours after pasting, twice a day. The bonding strength of the bonding mortar for the surface tile is about 20% higher than that of the bonding mortar without curing. The bonding mortar of exterior wall external insulation tile developed by this system is modified by polymer lotion, and can meet the bonding strength requirements without curing, but better bonding effect can be obtained by adopting certain curing methods.
